Dinesh has a passion for people and loves seeing people achieve their financial goals.
Having gained extensive knowledge of SMSF’s while working in Business Services and the Accounting Industry over 12+ years, Dinesh has obtained an excellent working knowledge of Simple Fund Desktop, BGL360 and Class.
Dinesh established D.S Audit Services in 2013 after discovering a need for quality, reliable SMSF Audit Services in the Eastern suburbs. Under the motto of Service, Strategy, Solutions, together with his wife and Office Manager, Seema Nanayakkara, have developed and grown the brand to what it is today.
D.S Audit Services utilises cloud technology and efficient work practices to ensure that all clients have the best experience possible while remaining compliant with ASIC and ATO SMSF Regulations.

Seema is the Director of Audit Operations at D.S Audit Services.
Seema has a vast range of experiences in the corporate world, dealing with, and training staff, developing training manuals and advising management of large national and multi-national corporations in the integration of SAP Accounting Software into their organisation. Having been exposed to a wide range of accounting software’s among different industries Seema is adaptable to different client needs.
With Seema’s vast and ever-expanding pedigree of large corporate environments, Seema’s knowledge and business analyst skills play a key role in the development of D.S Audit Services.
In Seema’s downtime, she likes reading, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

One purpose of starting D.S Audit Services was because Dinesh observed the lack of professionalism and communication in dealing with client matters and having their issues resolved in a timely manner. By creating a space and system for clear dialogue and communication between our staff and the client is of utmost importance. Many Accounting firms have also expressed that there is a need for clear and open communication throughout the entire audit process.
At D.S Audit Services, while we utilise technology daily to maintain compliance for our SMSF clients, we truly believe that it is critical to always maintain service excellence.
Too many auditors focus on low-quality audit work, pushing the price of an audit down, however at D.S Audit Services, are challenging this by providing a high-quality service and placing a greater demand on accountability and client education.
Our fees are reasonable for what we provide the client. At D.S Audit Services, we are able to compete on a national level by leveraging online and cloud technologies to improve our business practices and processes, and we are able to pass on this efficiency to the client by providing open and effective communication to our clients on a regular basis, including having a key account manager who attends to the clients needs.
